Highlights:
Property Corner Staking for Fence Installation: As per Site Plans dated 12/12/14 by Atkins, ½” iron rebar with caps and Tall stakes with flagging marked “Property Corners” will be placed at corners that are labeled with coordinates. Includes Stake Fencing/Gates near Buildings as shown on plans.
Physical Markings/Field Work – 24 property corners will be recovered or replaced and visibly flagged – shown with coordinates on plans.
As-Built Survey : Location of Fence after fence installation – completed 12/04/2015.
